- Identify skills via sourcing and advertising the agreed job/person specification
- Pre-screening via telephone interviewing candidates
- Face to face interviews with a combination of bibliographical and competency based techniques – this is the key part of the process – we aim to bring the CV to life with the interview
- Submit candidates to clients by ensuring all requirements are met
